光免疫偶联物的研究进展*

Abstract:

光敏剂与单克隆抗体交联可形成光免疫偶联物。这种偶联物具有识别肿瘤部位的能力。该方法解决了传统光动力疗法在癌症治疗中的低选择性问题。光免疫疗法的实现取决于在保证抗体活性的条件下使大量的光敏剂与抗体交联。本文回顾了光免疫疗法的发展过程,总结了目前常用的各种光免疫偶联物的制备方法及应用,并针对目前光免疫偶联物的应用现状,分析了未来的发展趋势,包括如何增强光敏剂的光敏化能力及提高靶向性的方法和途径。
