微流控分析芯片上生化反应技术研究进展*

Abstract:
综述了近几年来在微流控芯片上以检测或动力学研究为目的而进行的各种生物化学反应技术,包括酶反应、免疫反应、酶联免疫反应、PCR反应,含氮氧化物释放反应。对非均相反应的蛋白质在微管道中的固定技术,均相反应的管道设计技术,以及在微流控芯片上集成生化反应的优越性等问题做了详细的讨论。
