微网技术及其标准体系的研究

Abstract:

为推动微网的持续发展,我国专家牵头召集了国际电工委员会(internationalelectrotechnicalcommission,IEC)微网标准工作组,并已开始编制微网规划设计、控制运行的国际标准。通过综述现有的国际、国内微网相关标准,总结了现有标准的不足,讨论了编制微网国际标准面临的挑战。IEC微网工作组在规划设计方面,明确了微网的建设目的与应用范围,给出了微网规划设计流程,对资源分析、负荷预测、分布式电源规划、微网评估等方面提出了基本原则;在运行控制方面,对微网运行模式与模式转换、通信以及监控、控制、保护等方面提出技术要求。IEC微网工作组的目的是形成国际认可的微网规划设计以及运行控制技术导则,以提高微网规划运行水平,进一步发挥微网的积极价值。由我国学者主导建立微网国际标准,对推动我国微网建设发展,提高中国在微网领域内的话语权与竞争力具有重要意义。
