大功率强迫换相电流注入多级变换器新拓扑

Abstract:

工程应用中,大功率变换器大都采用电压源型变换器。为解决常规电流源变换器所遇到的难题,提出了一种注入式多电平电流源型大功率变换器。基于直流侧注入阶梯电流,采用交流侧输出理想正弦交流的注入方法,对变换器注入开关时序、交流侧输出电流和直流侧注入电流变化规律进行分析。研究结果表明,该变换器主电路功率器件的开关频率为工频,降低了开关器件的动态损耗;主桥功率器件在零电流时换相,实现了真正意义上的软开关技术;变换器交流侧不需安装滤波装置就能输出高质量的电流波形。
