绝缘纸厚度对油纸绝缘电气特性的影响

Abstract:

绝缘纸作为一种复杂的多孔高分子材料,不同厚度的油纸绝缘试样很可能具有不同的电气特性。为探究厚度的影响,选取50、70、130、170μ;m厚的4种绝缘纸,通过真空浸油,获得相应油纸绝缘试样。对所得油纸试样,测试了传导特性、介电特性和击穿特性。结果表明随着厚度的增加,油纸试样的电导电流和相对介电常数增加,体积电阻率从下降到,交流击穿场强从76kV/mm下降到56kV/mm,而直流击穿场强从137kV/mm上升到228kV/mm。由此证实,厚度会影响油纸绝缘的电气性能。为解释所得结果,测试了不同厚度绝缘纸试样的紧度和吸油率,发现紧度基本相同,吸油率随厚度的增加明显下降。由此得出,紧度不会直接影响吸油率;厚度主要通过影响吸油率,进而影响油纸绝缘材料的电气性能。
