特高压接入湖南电网后500kV母线三相短路电流超标问题分析

Abstract:

长沙特高压输变电工程投产后,“十三五”末长沙特高压500kV母线三相短路电流可能会超过500kV断路器的最大额定开断电流,给湖南电网安全稳定运行带来隐患。为此,针对长沙特高压500kV母线三相短路电流超标问题,采用基于二端口网络理论的短路点自阻抗分析模型,利用PSD电力系统分析软件工具分析其机理,在此基础上提出限流措施示例,并考虑经济成本要素,从全寿命周期角度对各方案的技术经济性予以比较分析。结果表明考虑经济成本要素后,限流效果最显著或对电网运行影响最小的限流方案未必是最优方案,所得结论可为其他电网短路电流控制措施的研究提供参考。
