不可逆电穿孔对兔组织阻抗的影响

Abstract:

为了研究不可逆电穿孔对生物组织阻抗的影响,探究了阻抗变化与不可逆电穿孔机理之间的关系。以新西兰大白兔的多种组织作为对象,对其施加μs级高强度脉冲电场,测量、计算了组织阻抗值的变化。实验采用脉冲参数为幅值2250V,脉冲脉宽70μs,重复频率2Hz,脉冲总数90个。实验结果表明生物各组织发生不可逆电穿孔时,其阻抗均减小;随着脉冲作用时间增加,阻抗趋于稳定,但在41个、61个脉冲作用后分别停止5min后阻抗明显恢复,说明可逆电穿孔比例仍较大;随着脉冲电场强度和作用时间的继续增大,不可逆电穿孔数量和程度迅速增大,直至组织阻抗达到最小值;停止施加脉冲电场后,组织阻抗增大,即部分电穿孔自恢复。
