极低频磁场暴露对斑马鱼胚胎发育的影响

Abstract:

为探讨极低频磁场暴露对鱼类胚胎发育的影响,选取模式鱼种斑马鱼为研究对象,研究了磁场间歇暴露的胚胎发育效应。分别将斑马鱼受精卵置于频率为50Hz、磁感应强度为100和200μT的磁场中,每个磁感应强度按照不同时间暴露模式分为“1h暴露/5h间歇”、“2h暴露/4h间歇”、“3h暴露/3h间歇”和全天暴露组,统计分析了各组别间斑马鱼胚胎发育相关指标的差异。研究结果表明在斑马鱼胚胎发育至96h时,50Hz、100μT的磁场暴露组胚胎存活率、畸形率、孵化率和心率均与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);在斑马鱼胚胎发育至48~60h时,50Hz、200μT的磁场暴露组胚胎孵化率降低(Pπ.05),在发育至36~60h时,心率降低(P0.05)。可得结论50Hz、100μT磁场暴露对斑马鱼胚胎发育无显著影响;50Hz、200μT磁场暴露会延迟斑马鱼胚胎发育,降低斑马鱼心率,但具有可恢复的特点。
