常压空气亚微秒脉冲多层介质阻挡实验研究

Abstract:

多层介质阻挡放电可在纵向空间增大放电等离子体的体积及其与材料相互作用的表面积,在实际工业生产中将有广泛的应用前景。为此采用单极性重复频率高压亚微秒脉冲功率源,激励多层介质阻挡放电,在大气压空气中直径130mm区域,获得3层介质2层间隙分别为2mm、2mm以及5层介质4层间隙分别为1mm、1mm、1mm、2mm的均匀放电等离子体,采用普通相机(曝光时间1/17s)对放电图像进行拍摄,不能分辨放电细丝的存在。采用ICCD对三层介质挡板两层2mm间隙放电过程进行高速摄影实验,在曝光时间5ns情况下对放电等离子体进行拍摄,发现上下两层间隙放电发光均匀分布在整个放电间隙,并且两层发光强弱保持良好的一致性,表明多层介质阻挡放电击穿具有同时性。
