中国网络群体事件研究的全球学术地图 ——基于CSSCI、TSSCI和SSCI数据库2003-2014年的实证研究
Mapping out the Global Outline of Chinese Online Activism Research: A Study Based on Data from CSSCI、TSSCI and SSCI (2003 -2014)

摘要 通过对2003-2014年来自CSSCI、TSSCI和SSCI中53本核心期刊的检索，本研究以筛选出的329篇文章为分析单元，考察了中国大陆、港台和国外在这个领域中的学术实践，描摹出网络群体事件研究的全球学术地图。研究表明，从发表数量上看，网络群体性事件研究呈高速上升趋势，未来几年还将是研究热点。在研究类型上，大陆偏重传播机制和媒体话语分析；港台较多的从社会抗争角度研究；国外则呈现出概述研究为主的特点。在研究话题上，三个学术区域的旨趣基本一致，社会矛盾、政府公权、公共安全卫生是最主要的研究案例。在理论应用中，框架理论、议程设置、沉默的螺旋等传播学经典理论使用最多，另外公共领域、社会运动和危机传播等也被较多采纳。在研究方法上，质化和量化方法较为均衡的被使用，其中案例分析、内容分析、文本分析使用最多，混合的研究方法成为近些年的趋势。在此基础上，文章探讨了三个学术区域对话的可能性，并为未来的研究指明了方向。
Using 329 research papers concerning online activism from 53 journalism and communication journals in the dataset of CSSCI、TSSCI and SSCI over the past decade, this study tries to map out the outline of this research area in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and oversea. With regard to general trends, an increasing attention has been given to this issue, which will remains a hot topic in the following years. In terms of research orientation, communication dynamics dominates in the mainland China, paper from the perspective of social protest are popular in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and a great body of study in oversea focuses on descriptive introduction. As for case types, the most frequently studied are social issues, government power, public safety and health. Concerning theoretical frameworks, findings show the classic communication theories, such as framing, agenda setting and silent spiral, rank very high in this area. In addition, public sphere, scholars were also inspired by theories from public sphere, social movement and crisis communication. Results showed that both qualitative and quantitative methods were equally used in this field, and mixed methods are becoming more popular recently. Among all the methods, content analysis, case study and context analysis are the most frequently used methods. Finally, this paper explored the possibility of cooperation and exchange among these research area, identifying trend for further advancement
