媒体外交：一种传播学视角的解读
Media Diplomacy: An Exploration from the Perspective of Communication Studies

摘要 近年来，学者们开始讨论媒体外交，但对于什么是媒体外交并没有形成共识。本文首先基于传播机制，厘清外交、公共外交与媒体外交三者之间的关系；紧接着，梳理国内外学者对媒体外交概念的阐释，解读构成元素，分析研究维度；最后，基于传播学视角，给出了一个操作性定义，同时立体呈现媒体外交的层次与传播要素构成，尝试建立媒体外交研究框架。
Media diplomacy has been frequently discussed in the past few years, yet scholars have not agreed on what media diplomacy is. This paper tries to clarify the relationship among diplomacy, public diplomacy and media diplomacy based on the mechanism of communication firstly. After analyzing the interpretations of media diplomacy brought up by the scholars both home and abroad, it tries to analyze the dimensions and analytical factors of media diplomacy. It finally gives an operational definition of media diplomacy, aiming to outline the layers and communication factors of media diplomacy and set up the research framework of media diplomacy
