基于增强现实媒介的新闻叙事创新策略探索

Abstract:
摘要 当前有关增强现实的研究,追踪技术优势和技术实现的问题,是一种流行趋势。然而,这一趋势忽视了增强现实作为一种创意媒介,在挖掘新闻叙事策略方面的潜能和意义。从20世纪90年代中期哥伦比亚大学的情境纪录片,到如今新闻媒体广泛使用的增强现实应用程序(如Junaio, Aurasma, Layar等),增强现实在新闻业中的应用和探索持续进行。增强现实媒介在新闻报道中的叙事策略及其重要意义,体现在:转变新闻叙述内容的呈现方式,为用户营造“沉浸式新闻”;新闻叙事模式从线性走向多线性叙事,事件被置于全景中报道;新闻叙事接受模式转向用户主动式参与,用户与增强现实系统、真实环境互动完成媒体融合语境下的叙事体验。
There is a popular trend that research of augmented reality(AR) is keeping tracking with technological advantage and technological realization of AR. However, the trend ignores AR as a creative medium in excavating the potential of news narrative strategies and its meaning. There has been continuously exploring the application of AR in journalism, from the location document of Columbia University in the mid of 1990s to augmented reality browser now widely used in news media, like Junaio, reading, Layar, etc. The strategies and important meaning of AR in news narrative have points as follows: AR can transform the mode of news narration content and create "immersive news" for users. It makes news narrative model from linear to multiple linear narrative and events are put in context. The acceptance model of news narrative to users is a kind of active participation, and users can interactive with augmented reality system as well as the real environment to experience the content of different media convergences
