污泥堆肥前后水溶性有机物的性质变化研究

Abstract:

采用透析、XAD-8树脂、表面张力测定、光谱分析等方法研究了城市污泥堆肥前后产生的水溶性有机物(DOM)的理化特性变化。结果表明,在腐熟堆肥中,DOM的表面张力减小,堆肥DOM含量下降了38.6%。腐熟堆肥DOM中>8000Da大分子组分和疏水性组分含量分别增加了35.8%和10.7%,疏水性组分与亲水性组分的比值变化从0.87增至为1.34。紫外光谱和红外光谱,以及E4/E6比均表明,随着堆制的进行,污泥堆肥DOM的聚合程度增加,芳构化程度加深。
