化学改良剂对稻草猪粪堆肥氨气释放规律及其腐熟进程的影响

Abstract:

采用堆肥池,以硫酸、磷酸、硫酸铝、硫酸钙、氯化钙、过磷酸钙作为化学改良剂,研究了化学改良剂对稻草猪粪堆肥氨气挥发累积规律和腐熟进程的影响。结果表明,稻草猪粪堆肥处理25d左右时,氨气挥发累积曲线便趋于平稳,而前10d是氨气挥发释放的高峰期。在减缓氨气挥发强度方面,无论是氨气快速释放阶段还是缓慢释放阶段,添加硫酸铝、氯化钙、过磷酸钙和磷酸处理最为明显,氨气累积挥发量分别比对照(未加化学改良剂)降低66.68%、60.37%、39.39%、58.92%,其降低效应均达显著水平。若以堆肥pH和EC、水溶性铵态氮和种子发芽率腐熟临界值为评价参考依据,通过曲线拟合估算,稻草猪粪堆肥在35d左右即可达基本腐熟,化学改良剂对堆肥腐熟进程的影响并不明显。综合考虑堆肥氨气挥发累积特性和生物化学腐熟度指标动态变化特征,以及化学改良剂的经济成本,硫酸铝、过磷酸钙是较好的化学改良剂。
