不同伴随阴离子对Pb污染土壤生物毒性的影响

Abstract:

利用水趋光指数(Ip)评估不同伴随离子对铅污染土壤生物毒性的差异。结果表明,水的Ip随土壤Pb添加量的增加而降低,不同伴随阴离子下,能引起水Ip发生显著变化的最低重金属添加量(检测下限,LLDC)分别为:PbCl2(50mg·kg-1)>Pb(OAc)2(25mg·kg-1)>Pb(NO3)2(10.0mg·kg-1);在Pb水平相同时,土壤生物毒性表现为:Pb(NO3)2>PbCl2>Pb(OAc)2。在以同浓度阴离子的NaNO3,NaCl及NaOAc的对照试验中,NO3-,Cl-及OAc-对土壤的生物毒性的影响较小,说明不同伴随阴离子对Pb化合物在土壤中生物毒性有着重要的影响。
