农学与环境学上磷素测定方法在石灰性潮土中的应用比较

Abstract:

应用3种农学上土壤有效P的提取法(Bray-1、Olsen和Mehlich-3分别表示为:BP、OP和MP)和3种环境学上土壤中P的提取法(氧化铁试纸法、阴离子交换树脂膜法和蒸馏水直接提取法分别表示为:FP、RP和WP),对30个石灰性潮土土样进行分析测定。结果表明,不同提取剂所测定的土壤P的含量顺序为MP>FP>RP>BP>OP>WP,它们之间是线性相关的,3种农学上土壤P提取法所测定的P含量之间的相关系数(r2)从0.807到0.869;3种环境学上土壤P提取法所测定的P含量之间的相关系数从0.470到0.817;BP和FP、RP、WP之间的相关系数分别为0.808、0.893和0.953,MP和FP、RP、WP之间的相关系数分别为0.783、0.789、0.857,OP和FP、RP、WP之间的相关系数分别为0.755、0.701、0.761。另外,土壤全P和各提取法所测定的P的含量之间也是线性相关的,相关系数从0.703(MP)到0.811(BP);土壤P饱和度(DPS)和各种提取方法所测定的P的含量之间的相关系数从0.639到0.789。
