磷素形态对AM真菌生长及接种效应的影响

Abstract:

采用玻璃珠介质分室培养装置,研究了磷酸二氢钾、植酸钠和卵磷脂3种磷源形态对BEG167和G.v的接种效应及其生长的影响。结果表明,与施用植酸钠相比,施用磷酸二氢钾、卵磷脂显著提高了玉米的生长和植株的含磷量,但施用磷酸二氢钾处理与施用卵磷脂处理在宿主生长上无显著差异。BEG167与G.v对植酸钠反应不同,G.v更能有效地利用植酸钠形态的磷,使宿主的生物量显著高于BEG167处理。对同一真菌接种处理而言,不同形态磷素处理,植物室有效磷的含量大小顺序为磷酸二氢钾>卵磷脂>植酸钠;同一磷素形态处理,接种G.v的玉米对植物室磷素的消耗量显著大于接种BEG167的,表明G.v在提高宿主利用根际磷能力上显著高于BEG167。磷素形态对两种真菌的侵染率没有显著影响,但接种G.v的侵染率显著高于接种BEG167的侵染率。3种磷源对根外菌丝的生长量没有显著的影响,但BEG167的菌物量显著小于G.v。结果表明,在50mg·kg-1的用量下,共生8周时,两种真菌菌物量表现出显著的菌间差异,但磷素形态差异未能改变两种真菌的生长量。
