低分子量有机酸对磷矿粉的释磷效应

Abstract:

采用室内分析测试方法,比较了3种无机酸(盐酸、硝酸和硫酸)和7种低分子量的有机酸(草酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、水杨酸和乳酸)对宜昌产低品位磷矿粉的释磷效应。试验结果表明,无机酸中以硫酸对磷矿粉的释磷效果最好,而有机酸的释磷效果与有机酸的种类和浓度有关。有机酸浓度在1.33mmol·L-1至5.00mmol·L-1低浓度条件下,柠檬酸和草酸对磷矿粉的释磷效果最好,释磷量最高;而当浓度>5.0mmol·L-1后,酒石酸和草酸的释磷量最大。试验结果表明,在筛选利用溶磷微生物提高土壤磷素有效性方面,应重点研究能够产生柠檬酸和草酸的菌株,而利用溶磷菌生产高浓度磷肥的研究,应筛选利用可大量产生酒石酸和草酸的菌株。
