通过堆制方法进行发酵素接种扩培的研究

Abstract:

利用秸秆和鸡粪为原料,以博力1号发酵素作为接种剂进行了发酵素接种扩培试验,探讨了发酵素通过堆肥方法进行扩培的可能性,筛选发酵素接种扩培的合适比例和接种方法。结果表明,从温度、有机碳含量、C/N比、T(终点C/N/初始C/N)值等腐熟度综合指标看出,通过扩培方法来扩大发酵素的生产是可行的;以20%比例接种发酵素堆肥产品(或换算成5%发酵素接种比例)是堆肥发酵素的适宜接种比例,能显著降低成本,提高经济效益。
