钠盐胁迫对小麦叶片核酸损伤和多胺积累的影响

Abstract:

采用室内培养、测定方法研究不同浓度的NaCl,Na2SO4和Na2CO3胁迫对小麦(Triticumaestvum)叶片H2O2、核酸代谢和多胺影响。结果表明,在钠盐胁迫下H2O2含量随着胁迫浓度的增加而增加,其中Na2CO3胁迫下H2O2含量增加最显著。核酸含量随着胁迫浓度的增加而减少,且RNA含量变化明显大于DNA,而核酸酶的活性在低浓度胁迫下升高,高浓度胁迫下降低,证实钠盐胁迫主要影响核酸的合成,其中对小麦叶片RNA的影响明显大于对DNA的影响。多胺亦随之积累,Na2CO3胁迫下多胺积累最显著,且变化量为腐胺(Put)>精胺(Spm)>亚精胺(Spd);高钠盐胁迫下多胺积累不明显,其中腐胺在200mmol·L-1下反而减少。
