铝对荞麦生理影响的研究

Abstract:

以荞麦(FagopyrumesculentumMoench.)为材料,用不同浓度的铝进行土培,研究了铝对荞麦一些生理特性的影响。结果表明,低浓度的铝(0.6gAl3·+kg-1土)能提高荞麦蛋白质含量、降低其丙二醛(MDA)含量,且体内SOD、POD酶的活性均处于较低水平,对荞麦生长有一定的促进作用;高浓度的铝(1.2gAl3·+kg-1土)则会抑制荞麦的生长,降低蛋白质含量,使MDA含量增加,使荞麦叶片的脂质过氧化加剧,明显不利于荞麦的生长发育。同时,试验证明荞麦可以通过提高体内的SOD、POD酶的活性来缓解铝胁迫。
