川蔓藻(Ruppi amaritime)对滨海城市再生水的净化作用

Abstract:

采用实验室大型光照培养箱方法,研究了生长于滨海咸水湖泊中的沉水植物川蔓藻(Ruppiamaritime)对再生水景观河道水质中营养盐(根据景观河道再生水盐度实际上下波动范围设TDS为5.67、8.19、10.65g·L-13个盐度梯度,在静水中经过川蔓藻净化10d。)的去除效果。结果表明,再生水中总磷和氨氮的去除率为94.41% ̄95.32%和96.5% ̄99.8%,总氮和硝酸盐氮的去除率为43.4% ̄45.7%和44.08% ̄46.2%;再生水中的溶解氧由6.6mg·L-1提高到10.4mg·L-1。盐度对川蔓藻吸收再生水中营养盐没有显著影响。经计算1kg鲜重的川蔓藻每天可去除252mg总氮、83.16mg总磷。川蔓藻是控制含盐量较高的景观水体富营养化的一种优选沉水植物种。
