百菌清在土壤中的降解及对土壤微生物多样性的影响

Abstract:

在模拟土壤生态系统中测定了百菌清在土壤中的降解动态及其对土壤微生物多样性的影响。结果表明,1.5、3.0和6.0mg·kg-1的百菌清在土壤中的半衰期分别为5.1、4.9、4.4d。3.0和6.0mg·kg-1的百菌清处理(3d)初期对土壤微生物活性产生显著的抑制作用,土壤微生物Simpson、McIntosh指数明显降低,7d后逐渐恢复。Shannon指数变化显示百菌清对土壤微生物群落物种丰富度影响不大。
