好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器与普通膜生物反应器处理模拟畜禽废水的比较

Abstract:

比较了好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器和普通活性污泥膜生物反应器在相同运行条件下对模拟畜禽废水的处理效果。结果表明,好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器具有更为稳定良好的出水水质。在HRT为8h,溶氧浓度DO为5~7mg·L-1,进水COD、NH4+-N平均浓度为630mg·L-1和34mg·L-1的条件下,其出水COD、NH4+-N平均浓度分别为46.6mg·L-1和4.8mg·L-1,低于普通活性污泥膜生物反应器(86.8mg·L-1和14.9mg·L-1)。好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器系统对COD、NH+4-N的平均去除率比普通活性污泥膜生物反应器系统分别高5.8%和28.8%。同时比较了两种反应系统在运行过程中膜通量的变化趋势,发现好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器膜通量的下降速度明显低于普通活性污泥膜生物反应器下降速度,好氧颗粒污泥膜生物反应器具有减缓膜污染的优势。
