Cd在中华稻蝗体内的分布

Abstract:

中华稻蝗属于非迁飞性蝗虫,尤其喜食水稻。当水稻生长环境Cd污染严重时,Cd将富集于蝗虫体内。中华稻蝗不同体段对Cd的富集程度不同,在雌性头、胸、腹、后足的富集浓度分别为0.323,0.343,0.486及0.306mg·kg-1,各体段富集Cd能力大小的顺序为腹>胸>头>后足;在雄性头、胸、腹、后足的富集浓度分别为0.509,0.437,0.738,0.356mg·kg-1,分布状况为腹>头>胸>后足;Duncan的多重比较显示,Cd在中华稻蝗腹部的富集量与在头、胸、后足的富集量差异显著,而头、胸、后足间的富集量差异不显著;Cd在不同性别中华稻蝗腹部的富集量差异显著,但在头、胸、后足中的富集量差异不显著。由于中华稻蝗对Cd有富集作用,因此,可利用中华稻蝗作为Cd的环境污染指示生物,对稻田及周围环境重金属污染进行监测,快速、准确地反映环境中重金属Cd污染状况。
