两株甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)降解菌的驯化分离及降解试验

Abstract:

从生长银杏树的土壤中驯化分离得到两株能降解MTBE的纯培养微生物,其中一株为球菌(BC-1),另一株为杆菌(BC-2),对这两菌株进行了室内培养降解试验。结果表明,两株纯培养微生物均能在好氧和一定MTBE浓度条件下,利用MTBE作为惟一的基质碳源生长;培养6d后,均能降解溶液中绝大部分的MTBE(浓度在5~81mg·L-1之间),降解率达99%以上;BC-2的降解速度快于BC-1,短期(<4d)降解效果也优于BC-1;高浓度的MTBE能抑制菌体的生长,甚至导致菌体细胞的死亡,BC-2对MTBE的耐受性优于BC-1;试验中检测到的MTBE降解产物有TBA、丙酮、TBF等,这些降解产物也能被微生物继续降解。
