硝化抑制剂DMPP对菜园土供肥特性的影响

Abstract:

采用好气培养法研究了新型硝化抑制剂3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐(DMPP)对菜园土壤养分肥力的影响。结果表明,在35d恒温培养过程中,土壤硝态氮呈现升高的趋势,DMPP处理(硫硝铵ASN+DMPP和尿素urea+DMPP)土壤硝态氮含量在整个试验期间显著低于未加DMPP处理(ASN和urea);从培养的第10d开始至试验结束期间,DMPP处理的土壤铵态氮含量显著高于未加DMPP处理。DMPP能增加土壤无机氮含量,在氮肥施入后较长时间内维持较高的氮供应强度并能调节氮素供应形态,减弱土壤因施氮造成的pH值下降,降低土壤速效钾含量,但对土壤速效磷含量影响不大。
