UV-C辐射对小麦幼苗光合特性及抗氧化酶活性的影响

Abstract:

以小麦为材料,采用盆栽方法,研究了UV-C辐射(254nm)增强对叶片光合特性及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,短时间(0.5~1h)的UV-C辐射增强使小麦叶片净光合速率(Pn)增强,气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和羧化效率(CE)增加,但随着辐射时间延长各项指标开始降低;在UV-C辐射情况下,CO2补偿点的变化则是先降低随后升高。UV-C辐射使叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性先升高随后降低,但过氧化物酶(POD)活性则逐渐降低。结果表明UV-C辐射增强引起叶片抗氧化酶活性降低,导致光合减弱。
