一株分离自矿区土壤的酵母菌富集Cd的特性

Abstract:

通过H2S熏蒸法从矿区土壤中筛选获得一株对Cd有强富集能力的酵母菌(Y11),研究了菌体对Cd的富集与时间、菌量及pH的关系。结果表明,对48.1mg·L-1浓度的Cd溶液中菌体加入量为6g·L-1时,Cd的去除率最大,达到95.6%。菌体中富集的Cd99%在细胞壁中,富集的Cd大部分可在低pH条件下被解吸,中性偏高的pH能显著提高菌体吸收Cd的能力,pH对富集和解吸过程具有决定性的影响。
