膜生物反应器用于猪场污水深度处理试验

Abstract:

为满足今后越来越严格的畜禽污水排放标准,提高水处理效果,达到污染物排放的减量化,减轻环境污染负荷,采用中空纤维膜生物反应器作为猪场污水厌氧后的好氧工艺进行深度处理,对该工艺的处理效果、负荷特性及膜过滤性能变化等作了试验研究。结果表明,在低溶解氧(多在1mg·L-1以下)、MLSS(污泥浓度)维持在8.48~13.1g·L~(-1)的条件下,COD和NH_4~+-N负荷分别平均为1.32和0.6kg·m~(-3)·d~(-1),均远高于普通活性污泥法,且随着负荷的增加仍能保持稳定的去除率。负荷的降低主要是由膜出水量的降低造成的,保证膜通量、降低膜污染是获得高效、高质处理效果的关键所在。在运行近两个月时,由于未排泥发生污泥膨胀现象,SRT过长,池内混合液沉降性能变得很差,探索合适的SRT(污泥停留时间)也是一个实际运行的关键所在。
