添加枯草芽胞杆菌和营养物净化养殖污水的研究

Abstract:

利用室内试验,研究了加入营养物促进枯草芽胞杆菌净化养殖废水的方法。实验表明外源枯草芽胞杆菌比土著细菌对去除废水中溶解有机物和总氨氮有更强的能力,净化过程可以分为2个连续的阶段:溶解有机物的降解和总氨氮的去除。从起始日到第2d,细菌直接溶解有机物为碳源和氮源,48hCOD去除效率达(57.7±5.5)%,与对照组有显著性差异。在第2d到第5d,碳和磷相对于氮的不足限制了细菌增殖和去除总氨氮;葡萄糖和(或)磷酸盐的加入显著影响总氨氮去除效率,而加入复合维生素和(或)微量元素对其没有影响。同时加入葡萄糖和磷酸盐时,总氨氮去除效率大于85%,并形成悬浮的白色菌胶团。净化养殖废水时,水体中C∶N和N∶P质量比建议分别为5.4∶1和5 ̄7∶1。水中最高的细菌水平没有超过108CFU·mL-1,估计与细菌菌胶团的形成有关。
