Cu~(2+)Cd~(2+)及其复合污染对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪DNA的影响

Abstract:

采用标准水生生物毒性实验法,将蝌蚪暴露于不同浓度的Cu~(2+)、Cd~(2+)及其混合溶液中7d,检测蝌蚪DNA的损伤,以探讨Cu~(2+)、Cd~(2+)及其复合污染对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪DNA的影响。结果表明,Cu~(2+)、Cd~(2+)对蟾蜍蝌蚪DNA的损伤随浓度增大而加重.在0.0298mg·L~(-1)Cu~(2+)和0.855mg·L~(-1)Cd~(2+)处理组,蟾蜍蝌蚪DNA发生I型损伤;随Cu~(2+)、Cd~(2+)浓度的升高,损伤加剧,出现Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型损伤,且一定浓度的Cd~(2+)在复合污染体系中能增强Cu2+的毒性。这两种重金属对两栖动物均具有遗传毒性作用。
