Cu2+在凡纳滨对虾组织中的积累及其对蜕皮率、死亡率的影响

Abstract:

本文以CuSO4·5H2O作为Cu2+来源,研究了水体中分别添加1、4、7、10和15mg·L-1的Cu2+对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeusvannamei)急性毒性的影响。结果表明,凡纳滨对虾肌肉中Cu2+的积累量在48 h时候达到最大值,为31.36μg·g-1(干重);甲壳中Cu2+的积累量随着时间的推移而增加:初始时刻为16.01μg·g-1(干重),96h时达到最大值69.43μg·g-1(干重);肝胰腺中Cu2+的积累量在各浓度处理下均表现出时间效应关系。在此基础上,分别以CuSO4·5H2O和CuCl2·2H2O作为Cu2+来源,研究了在水体中分别添加5、10、15、20和30mg·L-1浓度的Cu2+对凡纳滨对虾蜕皮率以及死亡率的影响。结果表明,两种Cu2+来源短期内都能明显刺激凡纳滨对虾的蜕皮,以CuSO4·5H2O作为Cu2+来源时,对虾的死亡率呈现出局部的剂量效应关系,而以CuCl2·2H2O为Cu2+来源时,表现出一种“饱和”效应。
