不同品种蔬菜对施用含As禽畜粪赤红壤中As的吸收

Abstract:

集约化养殖业通常使用有机胂制剂,导致禽畜粪中有As残留。在赤红壤中分别以2%和4%(w/w)比例施入含As鸡粪和猪粪及无机肥(N0.2g·kg-1+P2O50.1g·kg-1+K2O0.15g·kg-1),以不施肥为对照进行菜心、小白菜、油麦、茼蒿、苋菜和通菜盆栽试验,研究比较施入含As鸡、猪粪土壤中As对6种蔬菜的有效性。结果表明,与无机肥处理相比,施用鸡粪提高除苋菜外5种蔬菜地上部生物量,施用猪粪仅提高通菜生物量。粪肥用量对6种蔬菜生物量的影响与品种有关。施肥提高通菜As含量,而且粪肥作用大于无机肥。然而,施肥降低其他5种蔬菜As含量。菜心、小白菜和油麦As含量与其生物量具显著负相关,苋菜表现为负相关,但未达显著水平;茼蒿未表现出明显规律,通菜则为显著正相关。施用无机肥和鸡粪比对照提高6种蔬菜As吸收量,施用猪粪比无机肥和鸡粪显著提高通菜As吸收量。施肥提高通菜As富集系数,粪肥作用显著强于无机肥。施肥降低其他5种蔬菜As富集系数。因此,在菜心、小白菜和油麦上施用含As粪肥不易发生As污染,但通菜则尽量少施。
