溶解性有机质对苄嘧磺隆在土壤中吸附解吸行为的影响

Abstract:

采用吸附-解吸实验方法,研究了水稻秸秆不同腐解阶段产生的溶解性有机质(DOM)对苄嘧磺隆(BSM)在土壤中吸附-解吸行为的影响。结果表明,Freundlich方程能很好的描述BSM在土壤的吸附解吸行为。在本实验所研究的BSM和DOM浓度范围内,加入DOM后抑制了土壤对BSM的吸附,不同DOM所产生的抑制效应存在显著差异,与对照(不加DOM)相比,其抑制效应达到极显著水平(P<0.01),随着秸秆腐解时间的延长,DOM的抑制作用越来越小。BSM在土壤中存在解吸迟滞现象,但加入DOM后迟滞现象明显减弱,促进了BSM在土壤中的解吸。
