水溶性CdTe纳米晶荧光探针的制备与表征

Abstract:

采用水相合成技术制备了表面带有羧基的发射红光CdTe纳米晶。应用单因素法探索最佳的合成条件。采用TEM、XRD、紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱等技术对所制得产品进行表征。结果表明,当Cd2+∶HTe-∶TGA的摩尔比为1.0∶0.2∶2.4时,反应体系的pH=11.0,在96℃条件下回流4h,为制备发射红光的CdTe纳米晶的最佳实验条件。该红光纳米晶量子产率较高(42.54%)、半峰宽较窄(FWHM=17.3nm、EM=696nm),与其他制备方法相比,这种方法不但大大的缩短了红光CdTe纳米晶的制备时间,而且提高了水溶性CdTe的荧光量子产率,从而为建立免疫分析新方法检测环境中的环境激素类污染物提供了新的荧光纳米颗粒探针。
