上海市黄浦江水源地六六六、滴滴涕类内分泌干扰物污染特征分析及健康风险评价

Abstract:

通过现场采样及室内分析对上海市主要饮用水源地黄浦江上游干流河段表层水体,表层沉积物及支流表层水体及其周边表层土壤中有机氯类内分泌干扰物的含量进行了检测。结果表明,黄浦江干流1到6号采样点,水体六六六含量在0.1~0.12μg·L-1之间,滴滴涕含量在0.02~0.03μg·L-1之间;表层沉积物中六六六含量在1.0~7.0μg·kg-1之间,滴滴涕含量在3.0~32.0μg·kg-1之间;支流7到15号采样点水体中只有HCH检出,含量范围为0.02~0.03μg·L-1。支流周边土壤中DDT含量范围为2~8μg·kg-1。根据表层水体和表层沉积物中的滴滴涕类内分泌干扰物的含量检测结果判断,4~6号采样点附近有新的DDTs污染物排入河道。根据实地考察推断,污染源可能为畜禽养殖场所排畜禽粪便。利用健康风险评价模型评价,目前黄浦江饮用水源地中HCH、DDT类污染物对人体健康的风险仍处较低水平。
