高效硫酸盐还原菌的分离鉴定及其特性研究

Abstract:

从煤矸石山淋溶水长期污染的黄土中分离获得一株硫酸盐还原菌。研究了菌株的生理生态特性,探讨了温度、pH和氧气对菌株的生长及转化硫酸盐效能的影响。结果表明,该菌株是革兰氏阳性菌,可以含有醇羟基的有机碳为碳源(电子供体),硫酸盐等为硫源(电子受体);在有氧和无氧条件下均能生长,菌株为兼性厌氧菌;生长的最适宜pH为7.16;最适生长温度为35℃;硫酸盐转化率最高达94.3%。同时测定了菌株的生长曲线。
