镧对UV-B胁迫下大豆幼苗类黄酮影响:Ⅱ类黄酮成分影响

Abstract:

采用液相色谱法研究了La(Ⅲ)对紫外辐射(UV-B:0.15W·cm-2,0.45W·cm-2)胁迫下大豆(Clycinemax)幼苗类黄酮成分的变化的影响。结果表明,20mg·L-1La能明显提高大豆幼苗的类黄酮含量但不改变其成分;UV-B处理下大豆幼苗类黄酮含量增加但机理与La(Ⅲ)不同,低剂量UV-B(0.15W·cm-2)下大豆幼苗类黄酮成分无变化,而高剂量(0.45W·cm-2)下其成分产生调整,合成更多种类的黄酮类物质;La(Ⅲ)UV-B处理组类黄酮含量同对应的UV-B处理组近似,惟在各自对应时段的增幅前者大于后者。表明La(Ⅲ)具有提高大豆幼苗类黄酮含量、缓解UV-B辐射伤害的作用。
