木霉T68对植物病原菌的拮抗作用及对绿豆插条不定根发生的影响

Abstract:

采用平板对峙培养及显微观察等方法,研究了木霉菌株T68对4种常见植物病原真菌的拮抗作用;此外通过绿豆插条不定根发生试验,探讨了木霉T68发酵液对植物的促生作用。结果表明,木霉菌株T68对西瓜蔓枯病菌(Didymellabryoniae)A、西瓜蔓枯病菌(D.bryoniae)B、油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia?sclerotiorum)S-S和番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytiscinerea)B+1都有明显的拮抗作用;同时,木霉发酵液T68对绿豆插条不定根的发生具有促进作用,与对照(CK)相比,经木霉发酵液处理的绿豆插条不定根提早2d出现,并且在根数、根长及根生物量等方面都优于CK,其中稀释100倍发酵液的根促效果最佳。
