不同堆放方式对牛粪温室气体排放的影响

Abstract:

为了研究不同堆放方式对牛粪温室气体排放的影响,试验采用静态箱-气相色谱法对3种不同堆放处理的奶牛粪便在夏秋季的温室气体排放速率进行了观测。结果表明,两个季节CO2和CH4在试验前期排放速率较大,中后期排放较少;N2O在试验前期排放速率较小,后期排放速率逐渐上升;牛粪不同堆放方式对温室气体排放的影响很大,除了夏季试验堆放高度50cm和25cm处理CH4的排放速率差异不显著之外,其他处理间温室气体的排放差异都显著,两个季节中每天加粪10kg处理CO2和CH4的排放速率较大,其他处理CO2和CH4的排放速率较小;N2O的排放速率基本表现出相反的趋势。综合温室效应每天加粪10kg处理的最大,堆放高度为50cm处理的最小。
