TTAC改性水稻秸秆处理染料废水的研究

Abstract:

为实现废弃秸秆资源化利用和应对染料废水污染问题,以水稻秸秆(RS)为原料,与十四烷基三甲基氯化铵(TTAC)反应制备阳离子改性秸秆(MRS)。首先考察了改性工艺对MRS脱色性能的影响,进而通过扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FT-IR)分析潜在的作用机制。结果表明,制备MRS的适宜工艺条件为:RS:TTAC质量比为1:2、搅拌速率为400 r·min-1、温度为40 ℃、pH为7.00。与RS相比,MRS呈均匀有序的片状且存在较多缝隙,增加了其和染料的接触面积,有利于提高吸附性能。FT-IR表明,改性处理将RS中大部分木质素和半纤维素脱除,并引入-NH+,加强了MRS与阴离子污染物的电荷中和作用
