吕宋岛东部海域黏土矿物组合特征及物源分析

Abstract:

应用X射线岩石(XRD)方法对吕宋岛附近东部海域的两个重力柱状样ph03孔和ph04孔的201个沉积物样品<2μm黏土组分进行了分析。结果表明,本研究区的黏土矿物组合特征是蒙皂石含量最高(平均50%),高岭石+绿泥石次之(平均45%),伊利石含量最低(平均5%)。根据黏土矿物的矿物学特征,并结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱(EDS)分析,认为蒙皂石主要来源于吕宋岛弧基性火山物质的蚀变;高岭石大多结晶程度不好,主要来自吕宋岛屿;大部分的绿泥石来自附近吕宋岛的变质岩;伊利石可能主要以风尘形式从中国大陆搬运而来。
