电吸附设备工作过程的研究

Abstract:

研究了电压、流量及重碳酸盐碱度对电吸附设备除盐的影响,同时对高碱度水的酸化吹脱作为预处理进行了研究。实验结果表明,电吸附设备的最佳工作电压为1.4V,最佳工作流量为1.5m3/h。在进水碱度为170~500mg/L时,HCO-3的脱附率为64%~83%。研究还发现,酸化吹脱是高碱度水的有效预处理方法,避免了HCO-3在电极内的积累。
