生化法处理乳链菌肽发酵废水研究

Abstract:

根据乳链菌肽发酵废水氮源丰富、碳源缺乏,不利于酵母菌生长和废水处理,利用色拉油加工废水做碳源,研究了初始pH、接种量、初始C/N比、溶解氧、水力停留时间对生化法处理乳链菌肽发酵废水的影响。结果表明,最佳条件为:初始pH4.5、溶氧浓度2~3mg/L、接种量12%、C/N20∶1~30∶1、水力停留时间56h,进水COD浓度27100mg/L。处理后的乳链菌肽发酵废水COD去除率达91.3%、出水pH6.0~8.0。
