聚合氯化铝污泥对磷的吸附动力学及热力学

Abstract:

聚合氯化铝污泥(polyaluminiumchloridesludge,PACS)是指以聚合氯化铝(PAC)为混凝剂的城镇给水厂在生产过程中所产生的污泥。采用批量吸附实验考察了PACS对磷的吸附动力学及热力学行为。结果表明,吸附反应发生1h后,PACS对磷的吸附量达到平衡吸附量的75%~90%,随后PACS对磷的吸附速率变的缓慢并在吸附反应进行约48h后达到平衡;PACS对磷的吸附动力学行为符合伪二级动力学方程,吸附反应受液膜扩散、颗粒内扩散及配位体交换反应3个步骤控制;PACS对磷的吸附反应是自发、吸热并且熵增加的过程,温度升高有利于吸附反应的进行;PACS对磷的吸附行为符合Langmuir吸附等温线方程,属单分子层吸附,当溶液内pH从4.0增加到10.0时,最大吸附量q0从1.78mg/g减少到1.12mg/g,pH对PACS吸附磷的影响不显著。
