低浓度氨氮废水在ABR中的厌氧氨氧化研究

Abstract:

在低浓度氨氮条件下利用厌氧折流板反应器(anaerobicbaffledreactor,ABR)以厌氧污泥混合河涌底泥为接种源启动厌氧氨氧化(anaerobicammoniumoxidation,anammox)反应。系统连续运行4个月后出水趋于稳定,当NH3-N和NO–2-N容积负荷分别为3.91g/(m3·d)和3.21g/(m3·d)时,平均去除率分别为85.7%和98.8%。利用荧光原位杂交(fluorescenceinsituhybridization,FISH)技术对ABR厌氧污泥进行了分析。随后,以缩短HRT或增加进水NH3-N和NO–2-N浓度的方式来逐步提高反应器运行负荷,最后当NH3-N和NO–2-N容积负荷分别达到65.53g/(m3·d)和68.46g/(m3·d)时,平均去除率为76.3%和91.3%,并培育出粒径为1.7~2.5mm的颗粒污泥。利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察培育得到颗粒污泥与接种颗粒污泥,发现经驯化的ABR系统内微生物种类已变得较为单一,优势菌群发生明显变化。
