木质素磺酸盐在微生物燃料电池中的降解及产电性能研究

Abstract:

以厌氧活性污泥为接种体构建铁氰化钾阴极微生物燃料电池(MFC),对木质素磺酸盐的降解及产电效果进行了研究。结果表明,经过6个周期逐渐添加木质素磺酸盐的驯化后,以木质素磺酸盐为单一底物的MFC成功运行,最大功率密度为120.3mW/m2。经过94h的运行,阳极液COD和木质素磺酸盐去除率分别达到39.8%和49.3%。木质素磺酸盐可作为MFC的底物,在产电的同时得到有效降解,这为解决造纸废水中生物质能的开发和利用提供了新途径。
