Abstract:

以自行研制的五坐标虚拟轴弹性研抛机床为背景,按机床特性和残留高度要求提出两种实用的仿人弹性研磨抛光轨迹规划算法。其中平行环算法简单、运算速度快;而相关环算法可相对提高加工表面的粗糙度。这些方法均可用于自由曲面的直接插补,易于构成基于NURBS标准的面插补器。用Matlab软件对两种算法的正确性作了验证和仿真。这些算法通用性强,可用于自由曲面研抛的轨迹规划。
