喷雾机雾滴大小和飞行时间的研究

Abstract:

通过试验与理论分析相结合的方法,得到不同大小雾滴在喷头下方不同处的飞行时间,并分析了雾滴大小的变化情况,结果表明,切向气流对雾滴的大小有明显影响。小于50μm的雾滴很快就失去能量,在空气中处于悬浮状态,这些雾滴或者与其他雾滴结合,或者被外界风吹走,发生飘移;大于200μm的雾滴很快就能到达目标物,飞行至喷头下方50cm处的时间约为0.1s,到达目标物的速度约为1.9m/s,这表明即使有外界风力作用时,飘移的距离也很短。
